3.3 Physical Goods: Items are shipped to the address you provide.

4. Fees and Payment

All fees are due in advance. We accept payment via approved methods indicated during checkout.

6. Reimbursement Policy

VenLabtor offers the following reimbursement provisions based on service type:

6.1 Legal Support Services

If you cancel at least 48 hours before a scheduled session, we will issue a full reimbursement of fees paid. Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior will incur a 50% service charge, with the balance reimbursed within 14 days.

Sessions that have commenced are non-reimbursable due to the immediate allocation of professional resources.

6.2 Information Products

Digital guides and templates may be reimbursed within 7 days of purchase, provided no download has occurred. Once a resource is downloaded, reimbursement is not available because digital content cannot be reclaimed.

6.3 Physical Goods

Unused items in original condition may be sent back within 30 days of delivery. Upon receipt and inspection, we will arrange reimbursement within 14 days. The cost of shipping for sending goods back is the responsibility of the purchaser, unless the item is defective.

7. Non-Reimbursable Circumstances

Certain bespoke services and completed work products are explicitly non-reimbursable due to the tailored nature of the work and the allocation of specialized resources.
